I called a few companys but after talking with Paul at RTS Technology Group I felt comfortable to let him to a look. He was very accomodating to my schedule and very upfront about costs. It turns out my particular failure was pretty bad but he stuck with it, trying several options, and after a week was able to successfully recover my data. If I ever need data recovery again (lets hope not) I will certainly use RTS Technology group again. I called the first company I found on Google using my phone, you got to love technology! Paul answered the phone and right away told me what needed to be done and what he though it would cost. He offer me fee diagnoses. There was no run around, he call me 2 hours later, told me what it would cost, and when it would be completed. Everything he promised, he delivered.
