I placed an order, and they requested a confirmation on the specific calculator I wanted (although there was no mention of multiple types online). I immediately responded to clarify my order. I heard nothing back for a day, so I resent it to the individual's email, rather than just replying to the dept. I still heard nothing back for three days, although the online order tracker changed the status from "Waiting for Response from Customer" (or something similar) to "Pending". After those three days, I sent another email to find out what was going on. I got a response, and they said they hadn't heard back from me until that day, but that they would fill the order and have it shipped immediately (Wednesday), to reach me by the end of the week. They then charged my credit card twice for the order (because they said it didn't go through the first time due to them having put in the shipping address instead of the billing address), but never shipped it. I'm not holding my breath at the moment for these calculators, but it definitely has not been worth the saved money. Share Your Review |
